  • We book our calendar out in advance and so if you are looking to start a project, please get in touch as soon as possible!

  • Yes! We require 50% upfront in order to secure your project in our calendar, 25% halfway through the project and 25% upon completion of the project. This allows you to spread the cost out over the course of our work together.

  • Absolutely! We work with passionate brands from all around the world and would love to hear your exciting vision.

Branding

  • In short, no. We believe that branding goes beyond a single logo - alternative logos, sub marks, icons, colours, fonts and more.

    When you work with us you’ll receive a single, organised file, filled a range of custom branding assets. You’ll be more than ready to start communicating who you are with diamond-cut clarity as soon as you’re done downloading your final files.

    A single logo simply doesn’t cut it and in our opinion, your business deserves a brand that matches in quality and value!

  • It depends! Every branding project we work on follows our signature process which includes a deep dive into your business. Working with your existing logo limits this process and our ability to truly understand your vision so unfortunately, we cannot work with all existing logo designs.

Website Design

  • We build on two main platforms that are known powerhouses in the web design world - Squarespace and Shopify. We suggest Squarespace if you're a business-based business or a shop with a small inventory. If you're looking to grow an ecommerce focused site, Shopify is your new best friend!

  • As with all websites, you must factor in the cost of hosting, domains, themes, apps, plugins, custom domains, and removing third-party ads. This is why we love Squarespace and Shopify, unlike Wordpress or other platforms where everything is purchased separately, Squarespace package your domain, hosting, customer support, and continued improvements into a single monthly or annual payment.

  • We do not offer a copywriting service, we are only in charge of the design and build of the website. You will need to have your copy ready to go before the build commences.

  • All of our website design packages include basic on-page SEO. However, we are not experts. We suggest hiring a professional digital marketing agency in your field to ensure you get the best results.
